SERENA its so nice that you would affirm that we didnt spend too much on john henry’s repairs. youre right they totally could have milked us for all we were worth, and our genteel middle class sensibilities would have been powerless in our lack of engine knowledge to do anything about [...]yikes
we got john henry fixed. it cost us $561. he was in the shop for two days. he had to stay there overnight and we had to stay with him. as you can see in the photos of us outside todds garage.

and so we cruise on down the coast… from rainy washington to sunny oregon. the first day in oregon was so sunny and warm. and the oregon coast is utterly stunning. we walked on the beaches in t-shirts. with nothing but joy in our hearts.
